Dr. Ivana Bašičević Antić (1976) has received her PhD degree from the University of Arts in Belgrade, department of Theory of Arts and Media, with the following subject: Theory of textual practices in the visual arts - Functions of word and image – Case studies: Dimitrije Bašičević Mangelos and Marcel Broodthaers (2012).

Since 2007 as a president of the Ilija & Mangelos Foundation, organization dedicated to preservation and promotion of the legacy of Ilija Bašičević Bosilj and Dimitrije Bašičević Mangelos, has co-organized and/or curated numerous exhibitions, among which are the following: Miroirs Noirs, Galerie Frank Elbaz, Pariz, 2013, Ilija/Mangelos, Father & Son, Inside & Out, Galerie St. Etienne, New York, 2014 Julije Knifer, Mangelos: Investigating the Limits of Painting, galerie Frank Elbaz, Dallas, USA, 2017.

Since 2010 a member of the Managing Board of the Dimitrije Bašičević Mangelos Award which is a part of the regional project Young Visual Artists Awards (YVAA).

Ivana has published numerous articles and several books.
